EVENT/SEMINAR RULES

Load Shedding
Biznetwork is not responsible for any inconvenience of load shedding at the time of events that can cause interruption of our live broadcasts at our venues.
Should this be the case, we will be responsible for providing a DVD copy of the seminar free of charge to registered guests ONLY that attended the event.
Seminar Fees:
All seminar attendance fees are current at the time of going live and to print; however, Biznetwork reserves the right to change fees without notice or warning
Biznetwork seminar fees are not refundable
Payment:
Payment can be made by credit card only, when registering to attend a seminar online on the Biznetwork website.
Delegates will not be allowed to attend without payment having been received in full before close of bookings for the specific event.
Although Biznetwork seminars are free of charge to all members & selected VIP delegates, online registration for the event is still required.
Seminar Attendance Postponements: For Paying Attendees Only
Paying customers unable to attend a particular seminar will be allowed 1 seminar postponement within a specific calendar year.
Paying customers unable to attend a particular seminar will, under no circumstances, be eligible for refund of seminar fees
Postponements can only be made online at www.Biznetwork.co.za under the Booking Changes link.
Successful Postponements will be confirmed in writing by Biznetwork
Venue Transfers:
The transfer option only applies to delegates who are transferring to a different venue for the same seminar.
Due to various venue capacity constraints, Biznetwork cannot guarantee acceptance of a proposed venue transfer.
Venue transfers can only be made online at www.Biznetwork.co.za under the Booking Changes link.
Successful Transfers will be confirmed in writing by Biznetwork
Cancellation: For Complementary & VIP Attendees Only
Biznetwork encourages all complimentary ticket holders and members to cancel their respective seminar booking in the event of expected non-attendance. All cancellations must be done via the Booking Changes on www.biznetwork.co.za. We require 5 working days notice in order to cancel your booking.
Delegate/Guest Substitution:
Delegates may send a replacement substitute in circumstances where the initial delegate is not able to attend. Notification of the proposed delegate substitution must be made no later than 5 days prior to the event. Notification can be made via email on events@biznetwork.co.za
Prize Winners
Prize winners are notified by telephone and in writing by Biznetwork no later than 3 weeks after the event.
Prizes are delivered in person by an authorized Biznetwork representative.
Prize winners are required to provide a legible copy of their South African Identity Document upon receipt of their prize.
Biznetwork is not liable for software loading, upgrades, maintenance and repairs of any laptop prize. Prize winners are encouraged to take-up the service guarantees/ warranty with the respective manufacturer.
